Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adapt quickly to changing schedules and daily assignments.

• Maintain reliable communication and respond promptly to scheduling requests.

• Work independently while supporting multiple technicians and routes.

• Ensure a safe work environment by following industry standards and using proper safety equipment.

• Ability to operate 55lb backpack equipment and navigate varying terrain on foot.

• Interact with customers, provide excellent service and represent the company in a professional manner.

• Provide customer education and advice on pest control and prevention
